Based upon some issues caused by uploading and/or taking down mods on our servers, the gather rates got messed up in the command line. I have fixed this issue and you should all notice a significant increase in gather rates.

For clarification, the gather rates on both "The Island" map and "The Center" map are now correctly three times the normal rate (3.0 vs 1.0).
